Attention ALL STEM members!  Mr. Page is calling an EMERGENCY meeting for Today, Jan 24th. Meeting times are 11:45 & 1:00 in the Lecture Hall. No early dismissal required.  VERY IMPORTANT information concerning events taking place in second semester are being revealed. DON'T be the last to find out!  Bring a Loonie! You'll find out why at the meeting.

Attention to the cast and crew of "Footloose": please remember your costumes for our next rehearsal on Wednesday, Jan. 31st from 10am to 2pm. Please be prompt. Also, if you missed getting a hoodie there's 3 days left to do so! Please let Mrs. Perkins know if it didn't show up on schoolcashonline for you. Good luck on exams!!

The following bus routes will be leaving at 12:10pm on exam days.  Routes B-725, B-730, B-733, 18, and 18A.  All other routes will be leaving at their regular dismissal time.

Second semester schedules have been emailed to students board email accounts.  Please check your new schedule as there have been many changes since September.

Attention Students, if you need a semester two schedule change you can pop by the guidance office following an exam on the examination days. The other option is to sign-up for an appointment starting Mon. Feb. 5th. The last day to sign-up for schedule changes is Fri. Feb. 9th.  Remember, schedule changes can only be made if you need to change levels or an elective.  Good luck on your exams, finish strong, you're almost there!

The following bus routes will be leaving at 12:10pm on exam days.  Routes B-725, B-730, B-733, 18, and 18A.  All other routes will be leaving at their regular dismissal time.

Dear ACS Knit Club!  Due to time scheduling conflict with the Grade 8 tours tonight, we will have to postpone our meeting until the next semester. If you have any blankets, bring them before Friday.

Attention Lions!  Our next Casual Dress Day is on Tuesday, January 16th. Students are required to bring in $2.00 to dress casually.  All money collected will support our Uniform Assistance Program and the Guatemala Encounter. 

Attention Lions and ACS Staff.  Look around in your classroom. If you see an Advent wreath and candles, please send them NOW to the chaplain's office by 9:30 this morning so your classroom can be checked off as returned. Classrooms whose wreaths are not returned will not be able to be given a new one next year.

TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT, LIONS!  It is the Jack Chapter's Post Christmas Karaoke!  The event is taking place tonight from 6-9 PM. Doors open at 5:30pm.  You can purchase tickets at lunch today for $5 at the back of the caf.  If you would still like to come and have brought cash please visit the back of the caf  to write down you name. We will be able to collect the funds at the event.  There will also be snacks, pop, and goodies to purchase from the Younger Miss Dabrowski's.  Simple Little Artsy Etsy Shop which include Grogu Tote Bags, character globes, personalized tumblrs, and more. Proceeds will go to Jack Chapter initiatives. So bring some spare change!  Come out to a fantastic and memory filled event , Lions!

To all members of the Jack Chapter: please ensure you signed the sheet regarding your attendance for karaoke night. For those attending and are committed members of the chapter, please meet the Dabrowski sisters and Mr. Wilk in the cafeteria after school at 3:05PM tonight to set up for karaoke.

STEM is welcoming Dr. Flavia Borges, a cardiologist researcher from McMaster hospital, during both lunches today. Dismissal times are 11:20am & 12:40pm. We are looking forward to a great presentation.

Just a friendly reminder that the Latino Club will commence gatherings for the 2024 year starting this Friday, January the 12th at 8:15am in Room 1034.  We will be discussing the Portuguese language and the Carnival celebration in Brazil.
