1. Attention Grade 12 students! There’s only 1 week until the deadline to attend the Grad retreat. All students in grade 12 are invited to attend the Grad retreat even if you will not be graduating this year. Enjoy a day outdoors at camp Marydale with your friends and a barbeque lunch. The deadline to pay online is May 4th. See the poster outside of the chaplain’s office for more details and a permission form.
2. Congratulations to Daymee Sodipo! You were the winner of the Taylor Swift versus Shakespeare contest in the Library! Please come to the library for your Amazon gift card prize.
3. Attention Grade 12’s. Prom tickets go on sale this Monday on School Cash Online. Make sure you get your tickets before they sell out. Reach out to Ms. Mosher, Mrs. S. Medeiros, or Mrs. Lucchesi if you have any questions.
4. Thank you to all classes who were able to get outside this week and help clean up west Brant. Thank you to all of the students who helped plant thousands of trees and a special thank you to Mr. Deska and Mr. Duff for all of the support they were able to provide to help make this day possible!
5. The final environmental fast fact for this week is: our choices impact climate change. Climate change is driven by human activity, but that also means people can help slow it. Walking, biking, using public transit, and reducing energy use at home are small actions that add up.
6. Attention Grade 9 and 10 students: Are you interested in joining the ACS Arts Trip to Greece during March Break 2028? If so, please attend the Greece Information Night with your parents on Wednesday, April 29th at 7:00 PM in the ACS Lecture Hall! You’ll receive all the trip details and have a chance to win great door prizes, including an Acropolis "Lego” set, travel swag, Greece merchandise, or $100 off the cost of the trip. Information packages are available outside Room 2015. We hope to see you next Wednesday evening!
7. Attention Jack Chapter! Those students who are interested in being a part of the Catholic Education Week and Mental Health Awareness Week video series are asked to meet Miss Dabrowski after school, today, in Room 1005 at 3:10. Please be on time as we will begin recording right away. Thank you and have a mentally healthy day!
