Hairspray

All those involved in the production of 'Hairspray' are reminded to hand in their contracts to Mrs. Ratelband by Thursday, Oct. 4th. 

This includes actors, singers, dancers, band members and crew.

B-I-N-G-O!  On Thursday, Oct. 4th Assumption music is hosting it's annual bingo night. 
You must be 18 and older to play - so tell your parents! 
Doors open at 6p.m. for the raffle prizes and BINGO starts at 7p.m.

Hairspray


1)  Attention all those interested in being a part of the crew for "Hairspray" - your written paragraph is due to Mrs. Ratelband by Friday, September 28th.  You can e-mail nratelband@bhncdsb.ca or simply hand it in written or typed to Mrs. Ratelband. 

2) Attention all those interested in being a part of Music Council - your written paragraph outlining why you want to be involved, what skills you can bring and any previous leadership experience is due by Friday, September 28th to Mr. Glowala or Mrs. Ratelband.

3) Vocal Ensemble will be holding its last open rehearsal on Tuesday, October 2nd.  After that, it is a closed rehearsal and no new members may join until second semester.  See Mrs. Ratelband for more information.
 

Fall Symposium

Do you have an interest in leadership, business and entrepreneurship?

Attention all vocal ensemble, concert band and intermediate band members: a reminder that your
forms are due TODAY for your help with our annual BINGO fundraiser.

CWAYC Announcement

Do you want to have your voice heard on world issues that matter to you?   Then CWAYC or, “Canadian and World Affairs Youth Council”, is for you!   CWAYC members can become a powerful force to move and shake things up in our world.    Our activities include a Model UN, guest speakers, Mock Trial, the Geography Challenge,  conferences, and more! If you get “fired up” about history, politics, law, economics, and the environment, join CWAYC today, and come to our first meeting on Wednesday, September 12, in the lecture hall during first and second lunch.

Used Uniform Items

Used ACS Uniforms Items Wanted .   Enter for a chance to win $150 in gift cards.  Bring in more than 2 uniform items and for each piece you will receive a ticket for a draw to win $150 cash.   We expect and appreciate that, unforms to be in good condition, preferably washed, grad students to bring all that you own , grade 9 - 11 students to bring any outgrown items.   To enter uniforms wil be collected in TLC and tickets given on the last day of grade 12 exams June 21st.    Draw takes place June 22nd.
