Dead Poets Society

"Dead Poets Society" 2.0 is based off the movie of the same name, except with an all girl's school instead of an all boy's school. The girls discover a secret group that gathered in days of old to recite poetry. Seemingly harmless, these girls discover they have thoughts of their own and realize some learning cannot be put into a box. They soon come to know the depths of the very poetry they've read through their own similar experiences.  

Nancy leads the “Dead Poets Society” consisting of several others who round out the high school group with comedians, hopeless romantics as well as rule followers. Over time philosophies of learning collide as well as parental pressures, societal standards and the ever-challenging question of ‘how do I fit in?’ The “Dead Poets Society” is not for the faint of heart as the script takes us through an emotional rollercoaster facing real life issues head on, exploring mature themes and subject matter.
