1. Lions, tomorrow marks a very important day of remembrance. In period 1, you will be receiving a Poppy to wear for Remembrance Day. All of the money that you donate goes directly to supporting our veterans in our community. Please remember to bring in a cash donation for first period tomorrow. Please honour our soldiers with the simple act of wearing a poppy for those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. If you are a Cadet, Scout, or Girl Guide, you are invited to wear your official uniform to school tomorrow for Remembrance Day. Please sign-up today on the windows outside of the Main Office.
2. A reminder to students who signed up for the Jill of All Trades. The trip has been postponed until further notice.
3. To all potential graduates of 2026, it is almost time to take your grad photos. Please check your emails as you should have received important information on how to register for your upcoming photos. More information can also be found on your grad D2L page. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Delnick.
4. Attention Lions! Don’t forget, tomorrow The Puerto Rico Experience arrives at the Latino Club, after school in room 3026. Don’t miss it!
5. Knit club members are invited to attend the first meeting with Ms. Torto in portable 13 at 3pm TODAY.... November 10. Please be there!
6. Dreaming of Italy this March Break? You’re in luck, there are 8 spots left before a waiting list needs to be formed! There will be a short information session TODAY in the lecture hall at 3:05. The deadline to sign up is Monday November 24th! Come out and sign up for a trip of a lifetime! TODAY AT 3:05, LIONS!
7. The first try out for the jr girls volleyball team is tomorrow at 3:15. This try out is for grade 9 girls only. Grade 10 girls first try out will be on Wednesday at 3:15. Please make sure you have a signed permission form or you will not be able to play!
8. Today's special in the servery will be Penne Pasta with Beef Meatballs topped with Tomato basil sauce and a side of garlic toast for $5.75. Homemade French Onion soup is available today with baked croutons and mozzarella cheese $4.20. Sorry, NO Cinnamon buns TODAY or TOMORROW.
