1. Ticket sales for the homecoming dance continue today at the back of the caf on all three lunches! The event will run from 6-9pm on Thursday, October 2nd and the cost is $5. Guest tickets will also be sold today, but permission forms MUST be completed before purchase. A reminder that today is the last day to buy guest tickets!
2. ASSUMPTION SCARES forms are being collected in the caf TODAY on all lunches. Please be sure that everything is filed out and that you have all of your teammates paperwork stapled together. If not, you will be asked to resubmit. Don’t forget that we only have 70 routes and if you don’t hurry and hand in your forms, we may run out of routes and you will not be able to participate!
3. Amplify Your Culture, the amazing celebration of culture here at ACS, is happening on October 23. Thers is still time to register your group before our next meeting on OCT 10. See one of the many QR codes around the building to sign up.
4. If you are interested in helping to plan for Black History Month this year, bring your ideas to Portable 8 during senior lunch today for our first Black History Month meeting.
5. There is a mandatory training session tomorrow on the grade 10 and grade 11/12 lunches for students interested in being retreat leaders for the grade 9 retreats. Meetings are taking place in the chapel
6. Come join us demain, tomorrow, le premier octobre for the 1st french club meeting of the year. We will meet after school in room 2004.
7. All Grade 9 Students with Semester 1 Geography are invited to take part in the Niagara Falls Field Trip on October 9th. See your Geography teacher for more information, and return all forms, and 85 dollars CASH, to Room 3024 at Lunch. First Come First Serve!
8. Today is the LAST day you may join Vocal Ensemble. We meet in the lecture hall from 3-4:30. As this is our LAST rehearsal before the Thanksgiving Mass, please be prompt. See Ms. Morissette or Ms. O’Neill if you cannot attend but would still like to join.
9. DECA DECA – BUSINESS SHSM BUSINESS SHSM – Students who have signed up or WANT to sign up for the Business DECA club and ALL Business Focus SHSM students, please see Mr. Virdo in Room 2006 during 1st lunch OR Room 2023 during senior lunch. 10. If you ordered spirit wear online and have received a notification that it has been delivered, your order can be picked up today in the student council office on your lunch.
11. Today's specials in the servery will Be Pulled Pork on a bun topped with your choice of onions or mozzarella cheese for $6.85 with fries for $7.65.
