1. Attention all grade 9s. Student council has planned a special event just for you! Next Thursday, September 11th, is COLOUR NIGHT - a fun filled evening of games, pizza, and a dance. Tickets for this event are $5, and can be purchased on school cash online until Tuesday, September 9th at 3pm. Wristbands will be distributed next Wednesday to homeroom classes. Want to know your team colour early? Be sure to purchase your ticket by the end of today to find out your team on Monday. Don't miss out on this great event!
2. By lunch today is the absolute last day to sign up for course changes!! Due to the high demand, it will take guidance a week to continue seeing students. As long as you sign up by lunch today (Friday), you will be seen. Please be patient and continue to follow your current schedule.
3. Any student council members or prefects that borrowed pink shirts for the first two days, please return the shirts to Ms Ristov in room 3010 no later than Monday.
Senior Boys interested in Participating in a Rugby 7s Tournament please meet Mr. Prior by the Male PhysEd office after school.
4. Double, double toil and trouble. Interested in a field trip to Stratford this October to see Macbeth? Grade 11 and 12 students can pick up a permission form outside of room 1012 today.
5. Attention Senior Boys Volleyball players. Tryouts start on Monday morning at 7:00 am. We will be doing tryouts Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are interested, please come to the gym to sign up and pick up the paperwork .
6. All girls interested in trying out for the Field Hockey team. There is no experience required. Come out to tryouts Monday and Tues right after school. Soccer shin pads are required and cleats are recommended. Sign the QR code and grab a permission form outside the female phys. Ed office.
7. Attention all Junior and Senior tennis players. Tryouts start next week, Monday and Wednesday for Jr.’s and Tuesday and Thursday for Sr.’s. All practices will be after school from 3-4 pm, please meet outside at the courts. If you are interested, please grab a permission form from the Phys-Ed hallway and sign up using the scan code.
8. FOREEEE! Attention all golfers who are looking to play their way onto the boys and girls golf team, there will be a quick meeting Monday after school in room 1136. Please sign up using the QR code in front of the Female PE office. Please bring a signed permission from to the meeting. Permission forms are located below the QR code. 9. Varsity Boys’ Baseball tryouts will be held on Monday, September 8th and Tuesday, September 9th at Lions Park field from 3:30 to 5 pm. Sign up using the QR code outside the female phys. Ed office and pick up a permission form. Bring signed forms to the first tryout or drop off to Mrs. Lytle in portable 5.
