1. Hey Lions...don’t forget to check your school email account regularly! Guidance counsellors send important information about how to sign up for summer school as well to let you know if you got into a waitlisted course ....Don’t miss out!
2. Hey lions! In celebration of Asian Heritage Month, the ACE Club is hosting a Henna/Mehndi Booth starting TODAY in the cafeteria during all lunches! It only lasts until Monday May 26th, and you can get your henna done for $4 per hand side - all funds go to donation to a local charity.
3. Just a friendly nudge that all library books must return to their home shelves by Monday, June 2nd. If you still need your book for class, don’t worry—you have until June 19th. But after that, we might have to start charging fees.
4. Want a chance to earn some free swag while learning how to help those impacted by cancer? Then come to the Lecture Hall, today, on your lunch, to meet with folks from the Rotary Classic and learn how you can run, or WALK, your way to supporting those affected by cancer. Again, that’s in the lecture Hall, today, during your regular lunch time, and let’s beat cancer, one step at a time. See Mr. Prior, MME Beccari, or Mrs. Hewko (Denison) for more details.

6. Today’s the day! Purchase “The Outsiders” tickets ASAP! Tickets are $10 and you don’t want to miss the drama, stage combat and more! You can pick tickets up during lunches at the back of the cafe or by emailing Mrs. Ratelband at nratelband@bhncdsb.ca Warning: this show contains violence, flashing lights and loud noises. So let’s support our fellow gr.12 lions as they take the stage one last time on Thursday, May 29th!
7. A reminder to all Extended French students going on the lavender field trip, please return your permission form to workroom 2010 by next Monday, May 27th.

11. Reminder for Grade 9s going to see King of Kings tomorrow: please meet your teachers at 8:40 AM for attendance. We’ll be boarding the buses promptly at 8:50. You may wear spirit wear or your uniform, this is not a dress-down day. Get ready for an epic morning at the movies!
