2. It is has been a busy start for the girls rugby team this spring! In season play, the girls lost to BCI by one score in the dying minutes of the game. They then bounced back and won 36-7 over North Park. A few of the girls who found the try area include, Jayden R, Maddy B, Victoria Sharp and Saundi C.
3. Yesterday the girls went to their annual spring tournament in Guelph. The weather was great, cold, wet and muddy, but your lady lions battled through 6 games and left it all on the pitch. Some notable standouts on the day include Selene with 2 big scoring plays, Celeste and Peyton with some bone crunching tackles and Eden with several streaking runs down the sidelines. Great work girls!
Have a great weekend Lions and 'May the 4th' be with you!
