Attention all girls trying out for the Fast Pitch team!  The final tryout is Monday, May 15th at 3:30pm. Please see Ms. McDade if you cannot attend.

Listen up lions! Today is the LAST DAY to purchase guest tickets for the Glow Dance. They can be purchased at the back of the caf and you MUST have your guests’ signed form. Once again, today is the last day to buy guest tickets for the Glow Dance.  ACS students can continue to buy their tickets on SchoolCash online until Wednesday next week. However - dances have previously sold out, so don’t wait to get your ticket! This is the final dance of the year, so you don’t want to miss out! 

STEM Council Meeting 2023-2024: Anyone interested in being a part of next year's planning committee for STEM is asked to attend a meeting after school on Tuesday May 16th in Room 3005.

Do you have a spring in your step these days? Well so do we! When the good weather comes you feel like singing and listening to good music! So why not come to the Spring Concert on Wednesday, May 17th at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30 and it's FREE! Donations to the music program are appreciated.

There will be a STEM Presentation on Thursday May 18th. Mario Positano, a computer digital animator from Sheridan College will be here to share his story.

Do you like to get outside and walk or run?  Then the Brantford Rotary Classic run is for you!  Join the ACS team this year on Sunday, June 4th to help support the Lansdowne Children Centre and the Boys and Girls Club.  If you are interested in being a part of this amazing event please see Mme. Beccari in room 2010 for more details! 

The Shellard Lane Association is offering various volunteer opportunities for their initiative in bringing sports events to the area.  Please see the bulletin board outside of Student Services or the Guidance D2L page for more information.

Are you an Arabic- speaking newcomer between the ages of 16-18?  McMaster University is conducting a research study called Thriving Together to learn about how young people are adjusting and what supports are necessary. Your answers are confidential. For completing the survey you will receive a $15 gift card. You will also be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of 3 gift cards worth $100. To take part, you must be16 to 18 years old, arrived in Canada after January 2015, and be from an Arabic-speaking country.  Registration info is on the bulletin board in TLC.
