The amazing WE SCARE HUNGER event is taking place this Friday, OCTOBER 28th.  The event starts at 4pm.  Please be sure to be on time and ready to go. Dress warmly, meet your team in the caf, and be sure that your driver sees Mr. O'Brien in the library before heading out.  This event is going to be awesome!

A very important reminder that if you are a part of The We Scare Hunger event, that you MUST make sure to hand out your flyers ASAP. We have heard that some houses have not received them yet. We really hope that all flyers can be delivered right away, preferable tonight. Thank you so much!

A reminder of the mandatory Dance Team rehearsal tomorrow, Wednesday, October 26th from 3pm to 7pm. Please bring your permission forms. See you there! 

The traditional “Thank a Vet” speech writing competition is now underway.  Please see your teachers for more information.  All entries are due by Wednesday, October 26th.  Prizes will be awarded for the top three entries.

Attention ACS Knitting Club!  Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, Nov 2nd in portable 17 from 3pm-4pm. Bring your blankets so we can start our scarfs! Let Ms. Cameron know if you can't make it. 

The next shipment of Spirit Wear has arrived, up to and including order number 341.  Please go to the Students Council Office to pick up your order during your lunch.

STEM students can pick up their STEM spirit wear in Room 3005 this week, either before homeroom or after school.

Attention all hockey players!  This Wednesday, there will be a meeting for any boys interested in trying out for the ACS Boys Varsity Hockey team. The meeting will take place in Room 2027, at 3pm on Wednesday the 26th. All players will need a signed waiver and payment to participate in tryouts. 

Invitations for this year’s Academic Awards Evening on November 9th were emailed to families last Friday.  Please check your Inbox or Junk folders for this invitation.  If your name is on the list outside the Main Office and you did not receive an invitation, please come to the main office during your lunch.  

Picture Retake Day is scheduled for Thursday, October 27th.
