Attention all Cross-Country Runners! Please meet your coaches TODAY after school in Room 1018 for a brief meeting about CWOSSA. If you cannot make it, please make sure to email Mr. Prior (vprior@bhncdsb.ca) or Ms. Czaplinska (jczaplinska@bhncdsb.ca) before MONDAY!

Good news and bad news - the good news is the Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre is SOLD OUT!  The bad news is if you missed getting your tickets then it's TOO LATE.  Those who have reserved your seat - please pay by Thursday, October 27th or your seat will be sold.

The Jack Chapter will be meeting this Friday after school at 3:05pm in the Lecture Hall. We invite all students to come out who have signed up at Clubs Week as we will be planning our Social Media campaign and fundraising opportunities and choosing a date for Christmas Karaoke. Please attend the meeting on time! We look forward to seeing everyone there and promoting Mental Health within our school community. The guidance department will be running the COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY APPLICATION WORKSHOPS next Monday and Tuesday. Attendance is MANDATORY for any student who intends to apply to a post-secondary institute for next year.  The College application workshop will be on Monday, Oct 24th during Period 2 in the Lecture Hall.  The University Application workshop will be Tuesday, Oct 25th during Period 2 at the front of the cafeteria.  There is no sign up required for these presentations.  Classes will be called down before the presentation.

This is the LAST CALL for all those interested in helping with behind the scenes of crew, painting, set creation or props creation for the National Theatre School Drama Festival.  Please submit your paragraph explanation to Mrs. Ratelband by Wednesday, October 26th.

CALLING ALL Assumption College GIRLS!  A few school ambassadors are needed to sit on the SOROPTIMIST DREAM IT, BE IT Advisory Steering committee. DREAM IT, BE IT is an empowering secondary school girls FREE career support event.  Earn volunteer hours, use your voice, and help organize an empowering event.  Learn, have fun, and gather a job description on your resume.  You will need to attend four THINK TANK meetings between Saturday October 22nd and February 25th from 10:00am-12:30pm.  Please see Ms. Chagnon in Student Services for more information.
