Attention all students that have signed up to try out for Track and Field. Our first practice will be TODAY after school from 3:15pm-5pm. Be sure to dress for the weather and have your permission forms if you haven’t already submitted them. See you TODAY on the Track.

Attention all students who are writing an AP exam this year! There is a mandatory meeting in the Lecture Hall at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 21st!
All students who are involved in the tree planting are allowed to dress down for the day on Thursday April 21. A list of attendees has been emailed to teachers. Students are asked to wear proper, covered footwear and assure that they have long sleeve pants, and a sweater etc. We will be outside so dress appropriately. You are welcome to wear a mask if you wish. Please also consider bringing a pair of gloves if possible. A reminder that you will have a very simple lunch provided but please bring your own water. Students are asked to be released at the end of period 2 and quickly proceed to the busses near the tennis courts, no later than 11:45am. All of this information was also emailed to your school account.
Attention members of the boys' baseball team. We will be practicing on Wednesday and Thursday after school at Lions Park in the fields near Gilkinson St. Attendance at these practices is mandatory as we will be determining positions and batting order based on our practices over the next two weeks. Players are reminded to dress warmly. Any player who needs a ride to the park should email Mr. Annear.
The PUSHING FORWARD- TUTORING PROGRAM has begun! The program is free tutoring for students from our very own ACS teachers! The program will run from Monday - Thursday 3:05 pm - 4:05 pm. Drop by student services for more information!
Attention Specialist High Skills Major "SHISM" students in grade 12 and up- your MANDATORY first aid and CPR training will be run over 2 full school days this spring. Please come to Student Services ON YOUR LUNCH today to pick up your schedule. Please read the instructions carefully. This is MANDATORY training in order to earn your SHSM designation on your transcript. If you are returning for a fifth year, you still MUST complete this training now.
Grade 12 students! Your grad retreat taking place on May 31st at Camp Marydale, on the lake near Hamilton. Buses leave Assumption College at 9am and return by 3pm. Enjoy a day of outdoor group activities and a barbeque lunch. It will be run by Camp Marydale staff. You will also receive the letter you wrote to yourself in grade 9. The cost is only $25. For more information see the poster on the bulletin board at the back of the caf beside the fountain, or on the wall beside the chaplain's office. You MUST register at the chaplain's office and pick up your permission form. Payment is online only. All grade 12 students are welcome.
The St. Vincent de Paul Store is looking for student volunteers on Saturday mornings. They need students every weekend and they will work around your availability to set up a schedule that is a good fit for you. For more information see the poster on the volunteer bulletin board beside Guidance and on the door at the chaplain's office. You will earn 4 service hours each time.
