We Day

The social justice team attended We Day in Toronto on Thursday October 1st, 2015 with Miss. DeGrandis. We Day is a celebration of youth for making a difference in their local and global communities. 

Our group was granted floor seat access for our contributions as Lions and in turn met a variety of celebrity ambassadors. These ambassadors lend their time and talent to empower youth around the world and we were lucky enough to learn from and meet some of them in person (such as Craig Kielburger himself)! 

We are so thankful for the opportunity and feel inspired once again to lead our school community through various justice based events. Thank you Lions for your continued support in making our world a better place for all!
