Farriers Show Their Skills

On Tuesday February 21, 2017, Farriers - Andrew Devisser, Brian Hyodo, and Kristian Rathlou came to ACS to demonstrate their skills to the students. A Farrier is a modern day Blacksmith who specializes in Horse Shoeing. The Farriers demonstrated the creation of horseshoes and metal tools through forging techniques, to ACS Science and Technology Students. Students had the opportunity to participate and learned new pathways to what allows a person obtain a successful career in post-secondary opportunities.
