2016-2017 Registration Procedures

Thursday, February 11 and Friday, February 12

  • All students at Assumption College will have the opportunity to attend an information session regarding registration for next year.

Week of February 16, 2016

  • Each student must submit his/her signed Registration Package

  • Registration Package will include:

    • Signed Course Request Sheet (printed from Career Cruising)

      • Be sure that the form has the BAR CODE at the top

    • Consent Form re: Personal Information

    • $55 activity fee ($45 if registering for only one semester)

      • CASH or Online payment (attach copy of online payment receipt)

    • Optional if registering for Grade 9 or 10; Pre-Advanced Placement Program Application Form

    • Optional if registering for Grade 11; Pre-Advanced Placement Course Application Form

    • Optional if registering for Grade 12; Advanced Placement Course Application Form

    • Optional if registering for Grade 11 or 12; Specialist High Skills Major Registration Form

    • Optional if registering for Co-operative Education; Cooperative Education/OYAP Application

For any student having difficulty with the course selection process, guidance counsellors will be available in the library during Period 1.
